规定

At 贝博体育, 学术 records are considered confidential. The college’s policy regarding the use and release of student records is governed by Public Law 93-380, the Family Educational Rights and 隐私 Act (FERPA) and the Tennessee Public Records Act.

4. 1. A student shall be denied access to a parent’s financial records.

Release of Transcripts or Information on 学生’ Academic Records Policy

Roane State employees who have direct access to these records are:

A student’s transcript request form should contain the following information:

Assessment test scores can be sent to other TBR (Tennessee Board of Regents) schools upon request. Requests for non-credit transcripts need to be made in writing to the Office of Continuing Education. In all cases, obligations to the college must be fulfilled before a transcript will be issued.

隐私

All or part of a student’s record may be removed from the file and destroyed by the 招生及档案办公室. 然而, 一旦学生要求查阅他/她的档案, such removal and destruction may not occur until access has been granted and the review completed by the student.

注册验证

The 招生及档案办公室 cooperates with various lending 年龄ncies, 包括全国学生贷款清算所, by certifying that their student clients are enrolled at Roane State. 学生贷款延期表格应在学期开始时提交给招生和记录办公室. All medical and/or auto enrollment forms can be delivered to the 招生及档案办公室 for completion. Forms should contain the policy-holder and student identification information. This is to ensure proper action upon receipt at the insurance company.
